1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of all training courses, digital materials, content and services provided by The Tanning Academy UK (“the Academy”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By creating an account, purchasing a course or accessing any Academy materials, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase any course offered by The Tanning Academy UK.

3. Account Registration

• Each user may create one personal account only.

• Account login details must not be shared with any third party.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Any unauthorised sharing may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Course Access

• Course access is granted solely to the registered user.

• Access duration may vary depending on the course purchased.

• We reserve the right to update, modify or improve course content at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Tanning Academy UK and are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK).

This includes but is not limited to:

• written content

• videos and audio recordings

• PDFs and downloadable materials

• training systems and methodologies

• course structure and educational framework

No ownership rights are transferred.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• copy, reproduce or distribute Academy materials

• record or screen-capture training content

• share materials or login access

• resell or sublicense any content

• use materials to create your own courses or training programmes

• represent Academy content as your own intellectual property

Written permission from The Tanning Academy UK is required for any such use.

7. Certification

Certificates issued confirm course completion only.

They:

• do not grant teaching rights

• do not authorise resale of course content

• do not constitute a nationally regulated qualification unless explicitly stated

8. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

• Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

• Refunds are not provided once course access has been granted.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Tanning Academy UK shall not be liable for:

• business losses

• loss of income or profit

• incorrect application of techniques

• client results

• individual business outcomes

Training is provided for educational purposes only.

10. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for:

• abusive behaviour

• harassment

• copyright infringement

• unethical conduct

• breach of these Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
